Basic Clothes
We wear different clothes every day. When it is hot, we wear a t-shirt and shorts. When it is cold, we wear a jacket and trousers. Look at your clothes right now. What do you have on? Learning these words helps you talk about your daily outfit easily with friends.
Colors and Clothes
We often use colors to describe clothes. We put the color word before the clothing word. For example, we say blue jeans or a white hat. This makes your English more interesting and helps people understand exactly what you are wearing.
Talking About Today
To talk about what you have on right now, use the verb wear. I wear, you wear, he wears, she wears. Remember to add an 's' for he and she! This is very useful when you go shopping or talk about the weather.
